Terms and Conditions of the online store valid from 02.04.2025

These regulations define the rules for using the online store www.michaelserge.co.uk and www.michaelserge.com including the process of concluding contracts, making payments, deliveries, returns, and the rights of consumers.

1. DEFINITIONS Store – the online store operating at www.michaelserge.co.uk and www.michaelserge.com Seller – BM Popławski Albin, ul. Sucha 172, 66-004 Zielona Góra, Poland, EU VAT ID: PL9261565906. Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store. Consumer – a natural person making purchases for purposes not directly related to business. Working Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS To use the Store, the Buyer needs:

• a device with Internet access,

• a browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled,

• an active email address.

4. SHOPPING IN THE STORE

• Prices in the Store include applicable taxes.

• The Buyer selects products, delivery, and payment method.

• Order placement constitutes conclusion of a sales contract.

• The Buyer can register or shop without registration.

5. PAYMENTS Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Klarna

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

• iDEAL (Netherlands)

• Bank Transfer

Payment must be made within 7 working days if prepayment is selected.

6. ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Orders are delivered by courier services (DHL, DPD, FedEx).

• Delivery times vary by country (typically 2–6 business days).

• Free delivery thresholds and shipping fees are country-specific (see Delivery & Payment page).

Examples:

• UK: Free from 100 GBP, otherwise 19.99 GBP

• Romania: Free from 200 RON, otherwise 40 RON

• Hungary: Free from 20,000 HUF, otherwise 3,000 HUF

• Czechia: Free from 1,000 CZK, otherwise 100 CZK

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Consumer has 30 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

• The Seller provides a free return label.

• Refund is made using the original payment method within 7 business days after return receipt.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO WITHDRAWAL The right to withdraw does not apply to contracts involving:

• Perishable goods,

• Sealed goods opened after delivery,

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items,

• Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery,

• Newspapers or magazines (except subscriptions).

9. COMPLAINTS Complaints may be submitted to shop@michaelserge.com or by post to the address listed in section 2.

The Seller is liable for the non-conformity of goods that becomes apparent within two years.

In case of non-conformity, the Consumer may request:

• Replacement,

• Repair,

• Price reduction,

• Withdrawal from the contract (in specific cases).

10. PERSONAL DATA The Seller is the controller of personal data. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details in the Privacy Policy.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

• Polish law applies to contracts, unless local consumer laws provide greater protection.

• The Store prohibits providing unlawful content.

• Contracts are concluded in English.
