🔁 How to return a product?

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

  • To begin, simply contact us via:

  • Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.

  • You can return the item by post or courier using the label.

✅ Returns are free of charge.
✅ The item must be new or slightly used.


🛠️ How to submit a complaint?

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or non-compliant with the description, you have the right to file a complaint.

  • Contact us via email or contact form, describing the issue and attaching photos of the product (if possible).

  • We will review your complaint and reply within a few business days.

If your complaint is accepted, you may choose:

💸 When will you receive a refund?

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • If you paid by card, the refund will go back to your card account.
